The peninsula is bounded on its north by the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway (GIWW) and the Gulf of Mexico to its south. Bolivar’s beached are one of the few wide enough to allow 4-wheel vehicles. Peninsula Beach Resort will change the face of Bolivar with a 110-acre multi-phased, integrated beachfront development located in Crystal Beach, Texas. This will be Bolivar’s premier full-service, hospitality, entertainment, and luxury beach resort complex with the following components:

This exclusive seaside community will consist of up to 360 units of one, two and three bedroom deluxe ultra-modern beachfront condominiums located in four towers. They will feature large extended beachfront decks elevated for optimal ocean views. The condos will have elevators, guest parking, and storage on private access driveways. These units will be placed into a centralized reservation system managed by the developers for the owners to opt-in for leasing. Rental, beach cart, administration, and cleaning fees will provide additional revenue and job opportunities.

Features include solid wood shiplap walls, with spacious open-truss living areas, hardwood wide plank floors, large open living/dining areas, entertainment kitchen island with sink and under counter wine storage. A 219 key full service resort comprised of 1, 2 & 4 bedroom cottages plus studio units located on beautifully landscaped grounds nestled on water ponds. These units can accommodate up to 24 overnight guests, with the exception of a special 10 bedroom “Grand Villa” (which can accommodate up to 40 overnight guests). They are available for daily or weekly rental with housekeeping services. It will be a private access community with all units providing covered parking.

Bolivar’s first and only luxury RV Park will cater primarily to adults. It will accommodate 50 RVs, with extra-large shaded parking, water features, and fishing ponds. There will be overhead luxury RV cabins with spacious party decks, air-conditioned kitchens, baths, fireplace, and living areas. Also, there will be a dog park, washer/dryer stations, convenience store, golf cart rentals, nature trails, picnic pavilions, and barbecue pits.

The Zoo will provide the Bolivar Peninsula with its first and only premier large-scale Beach Front Icehouse concept restaurant and entertainment destination that features 45,000+ square feet of full-service indoor/outdoor dining and entertainment decks on the beach.
