At 45,000 S/F, It’s the largest beachfront Ice House / Sports Bar & Grill on the Texas Gulf Coast! Features include indoor/outdoor dining and entertainment areas, big-screen TV’s, overlook championship sand volleyball, and pickleball courts. Ten deluxe beach cabanas will be reserved for customers.
The Zoo will provide the Bolivar Peninsula with its first and only premier large-scale Beach Front Icehouse concept restaurant and entertainment destination that features 45,000+ square feet of full-service indoor/outdoor dining and entertainment decks on the beach. The Zoo will feature multitudes of big-screen TVs for year-round sports viewing that overlook championship sand volleyball and pickleball courts as well as other recreational play/game areas.
The beach lifestyle entertainment, restaurant, and bar concept will be located at “the Zoo”, the nickname of Bolivar’s most famous beach and high-traffic zone on Crystal Beach. The Zoo will be the “Game Changer” in overall awareness and traffic driver to Peninsula Beach Resort. The Zoo will be anchored into the 110-acre integrated beachside resort development to generate traffic and ensure guaranteed captive trial and repeat patronage. Adjacent to the entertainment/dining decks will be 10 luxury cabanas overlooking the beach.
